1 pound pork, boiled and diced
1/2 pound liver, diced
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, sliced
3 tomatoes, chopped
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
2 cups chick peas or garbanzos, boiled
2 bay leaves

Boil the pork in a pot with 4 cups of water for about 25 minutes or until tender. Let cool.Dice the pork and save the liquid to use later. 

In a pan, add the olive oil and brown the garlic.  Add the onions and cook until transparent.  Add the tomatoes and cook until wilted. Add the diced pork and the diced liver.  Cook for 5 minutes.  Season with fish sauce.  Add the diced potatoes and garbanzos and cook for another 5 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
