Mexican Corn Chips

1 packet of 6" Corn Totillas (buy from Mexican store)
Cooking Oil


Cut the round Corn Tortillas with scissors in half, and then cut the 1/2 to 1/2 making 4 pieces out of the 1 round corn tortilla

Deep fry in oil at 375 F degrees until golden brown.

Remove cooked corn chips and put on a paper towel lined container to drain the oil.

*Serve with freshly made Mexican Salsa
