MEXICAN CORN CHIPS
Ingredients
1 packet of 6" Corn tortillas
cooking oil
Procedure
Cut the round Corn Tortillas with scissors into 4 pieces.

Procedure
Cut the round Corn Tortillas with scissors into 4 pieces.
Deep fry in oil at 325 F degrees until golden brown. Remove cooked corn chips and put on a paper towel lined container to drain the oil.
*Serve with freshly made Mexican Salsa
