BUTTER ICING
Ingredients
1/2 pound butter (room temperature)
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
Procedure
Cream butter and gradually add the sugar until dissolved. Add milk a little at a time. Cream until sugar has dissolved. Use as an icing on a cooled cake.
