TARTAR SAUCE

Today I made Fish and Chips English style.  I served it with malt vinegar and tartar sauce.  Here's the recipe for the tartar sauce:

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon sweet pickle or dill relish
1 tablespoon minced onion
dash of salt
dash of freshly ground pepper

Mix everything in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
