RED CHARD WITH GROUND BEEF
1 pound ground beef (less fat)
1 bunch red chard - cut about 1/2"
1 roma tomato - cut into 16 pieces
1 medium-sized onion - sliced
6 cloves garlic - minced
4 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons cooki
Heat your wok on high heat. Brown garlic in oil for 1 minute and add onion and brown for for about 2 minutes. Add ground beef and cook for 4 minutes or until cooked. Sprinkle ground black pepper.
Add fish sauce. Mix well. Add red chard and mix well until wilted for about 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate.
